N402KC
Hi Guys,, I just transferred my old database of whmcs to a new server, So I did a fresh install of WHMCS, Dropped the tables, And Imported my old tables. Yes I changed the URL's threw phpMyAdmin, But Still the configuration page wont load the template. ALL of the other pages load the templates fine so the design looks good, But on generalconfig.php, It loads only the text, No design, And after 30 seconds, It crashes my browser. Does anyone know whats wrong. Here is a screenshot of the page and the view source code. Please help if you can. Thanks
b.ahmed
Hi, Have you copied old configuration.php to new server?
N402KC
Nope, It was a totally fresh install. Only thing's that are different are the database information and license key. Thats it.
b.ahmed
Moving a WHMCS Install The recommended way of moving a WHMCS install is as follows: 1. Enable maintenance mode in General Settings to stop client side orders and changes 2. Export the DB from phpMyAdmin in the existing location 3. Restore into a new DB again using phpMyAdmin in the new location 4. Copy the configuration.php file over updating the DB connection details inside it for the new location 5. Upload the files from the latest fresh download 6. Reissue your license in our client area 7. Visit in a browser and complete upgrade process if asked to do so. Link: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Maintenance You have to copy the old configure.php because it contains the hash key or that database. But I'm sure the problem you are facing is due to some other reason. Please check your template files are in correct location.

HostOrca
In the folder modules, create an empty folder called support. That should fix the issue with the first screenshots. It has something to do with the php version, and kayako.
