Hi all,

 

I am running Plesk 9.5.2 on a server, and I was attempting to create a new hosting account on a Plesk server when I received this error:

Module Create Failed - - Error: 1014 - <client_id> should be specified in <gen_setup> </gen_setup>

 

Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? I did have a look at http://wiki.whmcs.com/Plesk and it talks about another 1014 error (1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid) but the reason stated in the wiki for this error being caused is not valid (the username and password both only contain characters [a-z0-9].

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
