Ticket System, piping and nothing going on...

We were using osTicket previously and we are attempting to move over to the WHMCS ticketing system.

As of now, we can't get anything working. We have disabled osTicket and removed the ost pipes.

We have a few department emails setup in WHMCS and we have piping enabled in qmail for the respected addresses.

| php /var/www/vhosts/ourdomain.com/subdomains/clients/httpdocs/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php

Also tried with the suggested php -q, I am looking in the logs and I don't see any errors. And we are getting no emails piped in to the ticket system.

What we ultimately want is something like this;

New email to a ticket linked account sends us an email to alerts@ourdomain.com, this forwards it to our personal email accounts so we know we have a new ticket. We are a small outfit so depending on the time and context of the message we know who is going to respond.

When a new reply from the 'client' comes in, again send to alerts.

I also setup exceptions and none of those are working either.

Thanks!
