Promo code per account.

Hi all,

 

Im targeting a certain type of client with a promo code. I only want this client to be able use the promo code once per account.

 

I have tried all the different configurations possible in the Promotion/Coupons section of WHMCS but.

 

The client who has already an account and has used the promo code once already can still order the same product and use the same promo code again, and I do have the Apply to new signups only ticked.

 

How can I stop the same client using the promo code again?

Have you really looked at all the options?

 

WHMCS Admin > Setup > Promotions/Coupons

 

Use the "New Signups" option, to allow a coupon to be used for new orders only, and the "Apply Once" option to allow it only once.
