lcorbett
For some reason when I tried to login my password wasn't being recognized. I'm pretty sure I had the right password, (but apparently not). Anyway...now my IP is banned and I NEED to get in. Every time I try to log in, I get the screen that says my IP is banned and the time before trying again is bumped another hour. I've been trying all DAY Can somebody please provide me a way to go in through another way, if possible? Thanks! Lori
b.ahmed
open your cPanel and goto PHPMyAdmin . Now select your WHMCS database and now find table named tblbannedips open it and change your banned IP. It's Simple. Hope it works!

b.ahmed
Oh but i worked for me once, No problem i have another way. Try it and if it doesn't works then tell me. May be i'm missing some setup in MyPHP Admin The other way is to login through a proxy site and after logging into WHMCS Admin area goto System >> Banned IP. Here you can delete your banned ip in a proper way.

lcorbett
Thanks for that...at least I was able to go to the login screen with the proxy. I couldn't even get that far from my "regular" IP. I am going to have a new password sent, then I'll try logging in through proxy. I'll let you know what happens Thanks so much for your help!
