Modify To-Do List Functionality

Is it possible to go in and add additional functionality to the To-Do list feature of WHMCS? I'd like to be able to tie To-Do items to a client's account for ease of tracking tasks done for clients.

 

I've searched through the Wiki and the forums for anything to do with the To-Do list, but my searches always come up with zero results.

 

So, anybody have any suggestions?
