sohouk Posted July 21, 2010 Share Posted July 21, 2010 If a client purchases a domain name, everything appears to work; The payment is taken The domain is processed and registered Confirmation email sent to both the client and us. Confusinlgy though the order appears in the Pending Order list and won’t go away until I click ‘Accept’. Bearing in mind that the order HAS been registered and paid for successfully, why is it still in the queue? Or is this working as designed?
