Inaccurate Pending Orders?

If a client purchases a domain name, everything appears to work;

 

  • The payment is taken
  • The domain is processed and registered
  • Confirmation email sent to both the client and us.

 

Confusinlgy though the order appears in the Pending Order list and won’t go away until I click ‘Accept’.

 

Bearing in mind that the order HAS been registered and paid for successfully, why is it still in the queue? Or is this working as designed?
