How to RENEW domain by API (or create renewal order + invoice)?

Please help me with WHMCS API.

 

I want to make such things automatically:

 

1. Customer enter his domain name for renewal in our separate script.

2. We check automatically (by API ?) is this domain exist in WHMCS,

3. if yes EXIST - I want to create for him domain renewal order, so he will just have to login and pay invoice

4. if domain is NOT exist in WHMCS I want to:

5. add this domain to WHMCS

6. create for him domain renewal order, so he will just have to login and pay invoice (same like #3)

 

I don't see is it possible to make all things by API?
