ramystyle
Hi, I tried a test account and logged in as the user, clicked on REQUEST CANCELLATION for a hosting account, entered a brief explanation and selected "immediately" and I submitted. But then what ? What's suppose to happen ? As an admin, I didn't get any notifications.. Thanks
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 27, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 27, 2007 All admins should get an email saying there was a cancellation submitted, you can view the cancellations by going to Clients > Cancellation Requests in the admin area, and if you have automatic cancellations enabled then the account will be terminated the next time the cron job runs automatically. Revolution
Try running your cron job. Otherwise when your cron runs automatically everyday it should do it then. Edit* Sorry for posting this Matt, your posting before mine wasn't on there until I refreshed the screen!

yabado
Is there a way to archive the cancellation requests? I can see the list getting quite large over time and the current way of displaying them could get cumbersome. I don't want to delete them , since I may need them as reference later.
