Using WHMCS Action Hooks on outside pages

Ok if this has been answered i couldn't find it so a link would be appreciated.

 

I would like to use data from WHMCS on pages in my site. ie i have a log in bar and would like to display Login to Cpanel and Webmail links for clients that are logged in instead of the login boxes.

 

How can i call the domain/user/password from whmcs?
