Free domain depending on payment terms...

I know it's already there under "Products Services / Free Domain".

But what i need is a bit different because the available free TLD's will depend on the payment term.

Something like:

 

- Monthly

Free .com and .net

- Annually

Also, free .name and .tv

 

So, is there a way to accomplish that?

 

I'm not sure if there is an action hook that is triggered when a product is add to the cart.

If yes, after every product is added i could test the product and payment term and add a new product (a discount actually - negative value) for the domain price.

And off course, test after every product is removed to remove the discount as well.

 

If those hooks are available could someone point me to where i can get some additional information? Because I'm definitely not a php guy, I'm find my way through smarty though, it's kind of fun.
