bogorya
Hi, I have currently problems with connection, but all credentials are fine. I'll describe my situation: I work on the system based on Joomla 1.5.12 and using among other things Community Builder. The client wants to use WHMCS system, so I had to install J!WHMCS Integrator. The client's system and WHMCS system are on totally different servers. Now, in J!WHMCS Integrator all settings seem to be fine, synchronization and matching up users works. However, when I enter "Check installation" feature, there are two error. First one is "Joomla Configuration Directory", and the second one is "WHMCS API Connection". When I enter "API Connection", the URL, username and password works and I got "Succesfully connected" message. The URL of WHMCS is "http://customers.generationfiles.com/includes/api.php" In the front-end of the system, when I try to log in I got the URL "http://customers.generationfiles.com/includes/api.php/jwhmcs.php?task=login&a=1a4e03ef358b00e02569a1c9e73f1803&b=97" and the message on the screen: "result=error;message=Invalid IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX;", this IP changes depends on where I connect from. So it looks, like it shouldn't be "includes/api.php" on the end, but when I tried to do it like this - there is no such file. In this position, when I click "Back", I got the site and I am logged in (but not logged in in WHMCS) And similar situation, when I try to log out; I got URL "http://customers.generationfiles.com/includes/api.php/logout.php?goto=jwhmcs" and the same message as above. And again, when I click "Back", I am logged out of the site. So, it works for Joomla, but doesn't work for WHMCS. When I select "Debug mode" in Parameters in J!WHMCS Integrator, nothing happens. I'm really desperate as it should start working asap, so any help would be appreciated. Peter
