Site Error...Please Help

Hi

I am getting the following error when i go to my whmcs install. I have not updated or changed any of the files.

Site error: the file /home/XXXX/public_html/members/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Is this a problem with the host i am using or something else? As i said it was all working and the ioncube folder contains all the files. This is happening on both of my whmcs installs.

John

Hey,

When you download WHMCS you should see a folder called ioncube. Upload that folder to

/home/XXXX/public_html/

Example:

-----------------

Site.com <-- Homepage

Site.com/ioncube <-- IonCube folder

Members.Site.com <-- WHMCS Install

Members.Site.com/admin <-- WHMCS Admin

Hope that helps,

Adam

when I was set up on a server that recompiled php and left the ioncube loaders off, I could not get the folder addition to work. Even followed all the extra steps for installs that didn't work. Contacted the host which installed the loaders and all was well.
