Ulysses
First pre-purchase trial install and I'm a bit confused on one key point. Our VPS with WHM/cPanel is installed on our main domain ACOMPANY.COM and our hosting domain AHOSTING.COM is setup in WHM as a "reseller" of our main domain. There are no other "resellers" - we are it. We installed WHMCS on ACOMPANY.COM (WHM htt://acompany.com:2086) but we need all clients who sign up to "belong" to our reseller account (also us) on AHOSTING.COM (WHM htt://ahosting.com:2086) Where in the setup process do we make the differentiation? Thanks
trine
Why not setup all your accounts under your root WHM instead of a reseller? All setup is explained in http://v2manual.whmcs.com/ You need to set all the relevant details in the Configuration > Manage Servers > Add New Server using the cPanel Server Module

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 25, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 25, 2007 When you setup your cPanel server in WHMCS, you will enter your username and password for WHM. In these fields, if you enter your reseller username and password, then all accounts setup by WHMCS will be setup under this reseller. Is that what you wanted to know? Matt Precisely what I was after. Thank you, that helps. Once entered, can these be changed or do we rip out the script and start again? Thanks again.
