SoapFault error on create account with websitepanel DNP module

Hi all ..

i hope someone can help here as i'm on 15 days trial of WHMCS so really need to get it working before i buy.

 

server all set-up nicely. websitepanel working fine so I'm fairly sure the problem is not there. set to listen on local host (127.0.0.1) & on real IP. with enterprise ( :9002) & portal ( :9001) websitepanel

windows 2008 rc2. iis7.5 DNP/websitepanel , WHCMS 4.2.1

 

everything is working fine .. other than getting WHMCS to create/modify accounts automaticaly.

in conjunction with websitepanel which throws up errors which way i try ..

 

nothing is showing in the websitepanel audit log either . so its not even getting as far as saying hello.

just to add to this

Portal http://68.71.134.10:9001

Enterprise server http://68.71.134.10:9002

Enterprise server http://68.71.134.10:9002/espackages.asmx?WSDL

Server http://68.71.134.10:9003

are all reachable from the server itself (WSP & WHCMS on same server) and also externally

i've installed & removed WHMCS 7 or 8 times now.

the only anomalies i can find which i do not if they are correct are the output from Enterprise server http://68.71.134.10:9002/espackages.asmx?WSDL has lots of reference's to http://smbsaas/websitepanel/enterpriseserver/ which cannot be a correct url: and also my setup was upgraded from DNP to WSP if that makes any differences

Same error here.

Have been trying to get this to work for days now with Arvixe support team, so far no luck, but really appreciate all their help!
