Damainman Posted June 29, 2010 Share Posted June 29, 2010 Hello, I want to keep the existing status options but since my company deals mostly with one time fees for services, I would like to be able to change some of the status's to "complete" so my staff knows whether or not they still have a support hour or maintenance plan.
