tomdchi Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 After a customer validates domain control the cert should then be emailed to them just as it states it should in the wiki. However, the cert is not being emailed to the customer but is instead sent to our reseller email address that is registered with GlobalSign. I see no option either in the WHMCS module or on GlobalSign's site to change this behavior. This would be ok if we where hosting the site but in many cases we are not and the purchase is just for the certificate. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
