When he login to the Client Area and choose to send a new ticket, the system come back to the login screen, requesting the user and password. I don't know for what reason happen this. I suggested to clear the browser cache, but he say that the problem is under iexplorer and mozilla firefox too. all Reply's will be very appreciated!
