Adam
Hey, This error is not caused by the WHMCS SSL option at all. You can try and clear out your templates_c folder but are you use the client is using the right information. From, Adam

Adam
Hey, How are you trying to login? Via whmcs/clientarea.php or from your own login page? Can you also make sure that you are using the correct URLS for both WHMCS System URL and WHMCS SSL System URL. From, Adam
johnh
Yes, I am.. correct one.. lol clientarea.php.. this is weried..never had this kind of issue.. but it happened when I enable WHMCS SSL thing.. any advice? thanks
Steve
Does the login work if you disable the WHMCS SSL setting? If it doesn't, then it was probably a coincidence that it broke when you enabled that setting. You might want to check how much space is available on your /tmp partition on your server, I have seen this issue caused by a full /tmp partition before.
johnh
It does not work when I enable WHMCS SSL setting, but it works with disable WHMCS SSL setting.. weired... and /tmp is plenty... isn't it weired? Thanks

Adam
Yes, but it is still same... Is your IP banned from WHMCS? (I'm guessing not, since you can login to the Admin Area) You can go ahead and open up a support ticket as this will need to be looked at by a WHMCS Staff Member, http://support.whmcs.com/submitticket.php From, Adam
