QMurphy
A web design company I work for uses this client for assigning tasks and such, and my boss assigned me to research a way for WHMCS to create tickets automatically. Basically, he wants it to create a new ticket every month, or every quarter, or whatever, assigning someone to do maintenance on a client's website. However, I've never used this client before, let alone see the admin controls, so I have no idea what this program is capable of. Does anyone know of any way to automatically schedule reoccurring tickets?

QMurphy
My boss finally replied to me and said he could do that, but was wondering if there was a plugin somewhere that we could install.
