Raw original email source for imported tickets?

Hi

 

Does anyone know if there's a way to retrieve the original, raw source of emails that have been imported into the ticketed support system?

 

Specifically, I need to be able to examine the message headers to investigate the occasional abuse issue.

 

I know about the Utilities / ... log ... option. But that only shows the parsed message body, and the basic from/to etc headers.
