gruvin Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 Hi Does anyone know if there's a way to retrieve the original, raw source of emails that have been imported into the ticketed support system? Specifically, I need to be able to examine the message headers to investigate the occasional abuse issue. I know about the Utilities / ... log ... option.
