Reviewing Fraud Check

Can someone tell me where I can see the maxmind fraud check results? ...or do I only se the results if it get a fraud?

Go to pending orders from main home, then click the number on the first table on pending, then it is in a large box at the bottom, it will give you a score on a point basis.

 

It will advise you on the order and so on.

Thank you DialAHost. That was what I thought. And I think that box have been there before, but now I can´t see it on new orders. I read in a another old thread from 2008 about the same problem but they never mentioned any solution. (I have the correct license-key in MaxMind setup.)

 

Should you be able to see that box on "accepted" orders as well? (Ofc. not orders that was made before MaxMind were installed)

You should see it for all orders, unless you've selected the option to skip fraud check for existing customers.

I can´t understand why I don´t see it. I have searched all over internet now and can´t find any solution. Do someone of you have any clue?

 

Will the fraud check be visible for all payed orders like domains and/or hosting? Will it show when a client got a free "cupon". Does it have to be a new client?

I doubt if the client is paying nothing, why would it do a fraud check?

Can someone confirm that I have the correct MaxMind Fraud Risk Score.

I want to reject the following three, so I have checked those:

Reject Country Mismatch

Reject Anonymous Proxy

Reject High Risk Country

 

Is it correct to have the risk score at 5 then?
