KAYAKO Integration ticket problem

Hello,

 

I've already done the whmcs kayako integration, but there is a problem regarding ticket submit.

 

When i try to submit ticket, the ticket appear in "My Support" page but not in "Home" page, i got 0(zero) ticket in my "Home" page, but actually i got a ticket in "My Support" page.

 

any idea?
