Transfer domain from one client to the other

hi there,

i have just had a request to transfer a package from one client to another.

heres how he explained it and i understand what needs to be done but cant find the options to do this.

i would like to transfer the "package C" from "client A" to "client B"

###

 

client A has 3 packages and client B has 1 package.
