ditto
I am using ticket importing with email forwarders. If attachments filename that customer send from their email clients to my support ticket emails contains one of these Norwegian special characters, the attachment does not display and does not exist in WHMCS admin panel and is not saved to the "attachments" directory: These are the Norwegian special characters that breake the attachments so that they are not displayed at all and does not exist in the system: æ and ø and å To re-create this, create a attachment like this: egenerklæring.pdf or egenerklæring.gif (or with any other allowed file extensions) And you will see it don't work. However, if the support ticket with this attachment is sent from the contact form at the client area website, then it works and the attachment get saved to the attachments directory and is visible in WHMCS admin panel. It is only when it is sent from the customer email client that it don't work.
