Affiliate management - recurring commissions and sub affiliates - Solution wanted

Hey,

 

My objective is to pay my super affiliates a monthly recurring commission they can then distribute to their sub affiliate network. I obviously need to find a third party product that will integrate with WHMCS to enable this.

 

I've looked at the idevaffiliate and post affiliate pro platforms. And unless I am missing something they are not really suitable in as much as neither of them handle recurring commissions very smoothly (I'm happy to be challenged on this).

 

The key features I need are:

 

1. Super affiliates can allocate affiliate links to their (sub) affiliates.
   
2. The affiliate management software (the system) will provide a detailed enough report to the super affiliates for them to deduce what commissions should be paid to which of their sub affiliates.
   
3. Every time a sale or a referral is made the 'system' will send an alert to the referring affiliate and me.
   
4. The system recognizes when a recurring payment plan has ceased (or is still active).
   

 

Any suggestions or guidance will be warmly welcomed.

hi, I'm using Post Affiliate Pro for quite a while and it's possible to use recurring commissions inside this system, all you need to do is to set what commission would you like to give to your affiliates per chosen period (every month in your case) and the system would automatically create those commissions. (cron handles this)

 

It's even possible to control/create/shutdown your recurring commissions through great API they provide.

and to your requirements:

 

1.) affiliates can provide their affiliate signup link to their followers (easily accessible from inside of their affiliate panel), when they followers signup through that link, they would be signed under that affiliate as sub-affiliates

 

2.) Post Affiliate Pro has quite extensive reports (best I saw, with superb filtering)

 

3.) Post Affiliate Pro has a lot of notifications, including New Sale (commission) notification which is sent to referring affiliate and also merchant (you) every time a sale occurs

 

4.) Using Post Affiliate Pro API, you can create a code that would automatically decide whether to continue with recurring commissions or to stop them (if you're not able to program this, support guys would help you out)
