PropioWeb.com
I registered two domains via WHMCS with enom and My enom account shows my credit to have been deducted the amount for the domains but now I don't know what to do. When I submitted the registrations I set the nameservers correctly yet when I go to the domain I get a not found error page. Once the registration is done where do I go to edit the domain info? I looked under my enom account's sub-accounts and the client is not there. Once the domains are registered where would the client go to edit their info if need be?
dspotter
Hi PropioWeb.com, Your clients can edit their domain information within WHMCS, all they have to do is login to their account. Have them go to...Support > Client Area > My Domains Your client then clicks on "View Details" on the corresponding domain they want to edit. From here they are able to edit their contact information and also the nameservers. We you register a domain, please allow 24-48 hours for it to propagate. In the meantime, to access those domains use the IP associated with the domain. Hope that helps. Kind Regards, Derrick

PropioWeb.com
Thanks for the help dspotter. It's been well over 48 hours and the domain is not yet working. I just looked at the whois info and it shows as being registered via enom but its missing one of the name servers. I just logged into his account and added it. So what you mean to tell me is that with WHMCS the client can edit the domain info and save it and not have to see enom.com whatsoever?

That's correct, they can edit their domain information, including contact information and name servers within their account in WHMCS. yabado
On the same note, is there a way to have enom just use it's own name servers...instead of Custom?
dspotter
On the same note, is there a way to have enom just use it's own name servers...instead of Custom? You can set that in your enom reseller account, weather you want to use custom name servers (pointing to your's) or enom's default nameservers.
