Forwarded message to support stripped

I get a message from a client emailed to the Support address saying "Please handle this..."

 

There is nothing else visible - but the subject line of the message was "FW:..."

 

How can I prevent initial tickets from losing their content when a user forwards such a message?

The reply must have been below a message breakline. This is to stop you having all the previous contents of an email imported. You can edit the break lines for messages in the tblticketbreaklines DB table.
