Fraud order tried automatic domain registration despite settings

I got a fraud order yesterday for the domain combanks.eu and some webhosting. But the strange part is I got an "WHMCS Automatic Domain Registration Failure Notification" email. I don't have domains set to auto register. We manually approve all orders.

 

Is it likely we were hacked?

 

I can't seem to find the setting for automated registrations, to check it's off.

In Domain Pricing - if it's got a registrar selected against Auto Registration then it will attempt to register it automatically.
