Unique domain price ?

Hello,

 

In my registration domain list I have a lots of registar with a tax per year. But I have one registar (.ro) that have a tax for 25 year. Can I set something like "unique tax" in my description of the domain when somebody want to but or/and choose a package of hosting ? Now is 1 year - 36.99 $ and I want something like : "Unique tax - 36.99" or "25 years - 36.99"
