Random items added to invoice

Hi,

 

since a few days I've got the following problem:

 

Everytime an invoice is generated for a product, random items are added to it. Mostly these items are just other available products, but there are some invoices that show a product that was purchased by another customer or some time ago.

 

I do not know how this happens and whether the items are chosen randomly or from a corrupted history or else.
