maxihost Posted May 15, 2010 Share Posted May 15, 2010 Hello everyone ! I am posting this thread because I am facing an urgently issue with my WHMCS. Its working fine except that I cannot change status of tickets and cannot change status of any product. It just get back to the same screen with no changing in status. I am able to open new tickets without any issues. I have tried to recompile Apache, no luck. The server has enough storage space and I have checked/repaired database from WHM but still not working. Guilherme Well I see your issue and it's a matter of a few possibilities that you can do to resolve this issue 1) Check your all logs for any errors 2) Now if you are able to create tickets with no problem then to me it sounds like the ticket ID'd somehow have been removed. 3) After you have checked all of that your last and only option is to submit a ticket to WHMCS directly and allow there staff to hep you get this resolved. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
