Hosting with pre-paid support discounted only if kept bundled

We'd like to offer a hosting package so that when either a 2, 4 or 8 hour block of pre-paid support time is added, the hosting gets discound a certain percentage . If the client removes the support, the hosting should go back to full price.

 

I've looked at both addon and configurable options... but the discounts appear to be only "lockable" to products only.

 

Any suggestions?
