Flash Banners in Affiliate area

Sorry my newbie question but as i don't know alote of this things a came here asking a bit of help to change the code or Banners for Affiliate area but with flash.

 

I have the follow code:

But i can't see the banners and when they put it in they sites it cames mess up, soo please any can help me with the right code ?
