[Solved] time is offseted by 1 hour in support department

Hello,

 

When I receive a ticket, the Last reply hour is 1 hour more..

If I get a ticket 3 mins ago, it will show:

 

Last Reply 1 Hours 3 Minutes 05 Seconds Ago

 

although it has been only 3 mins..

 

Anyone knows how to fix this ?
