[RESOLVED] Price miscalculation on plans paid for 2 years or more

Hi!

 

Not sure when started the issue (we made no changes on the site other than in the template, I switched back to default just in case anyway), but on package that can be paid for 2 years or more the price is miscalculated.

As example

 

We have a package that does cost $4.95 per month if you pay for 3 years, that would be $178.20, however, the first invoice is generated for $319.30, the same plan for 2 years cost $5.95 per month, that would be $142.80, first invoice is generated for $170.42 though.

 

The guy who took my ticket told me that is because the prorate enabled and that WHMCS is charging for extra time (depending of which billing cycle) instead than 3 or 2, obviously, that's totally wrong, and that's the last answer that I got from WHMCS's support.

 

Anybody have any idea on where I should look for? (tax and late fee are disabled), and I don't see a patern (like a fixed % on the increment or fixed amount added).

No this is a bug... Mine does the exact same thing.. Major over look on the math there
