Setting a small package with Domain Registration

I want to add a small hosting package to domain registration. I create a package for when someone only registers a domain name but how would I add this to the order form section so that it does not show domain registration options on the top tab. Or that it does show them like normal but the package would be included automatically with registration.

(Currently I have set up the package, but in the order form, the domain registration tab appears on top and this package is listed in a separate group. If I enter not to show domain registration for this package there is no place to enter the domain name, if I enter to show domain registration the three choices appear [domain registration; domain transfer; or will set up ns server] the first two are ok, but that last one needs to be taken out just for this package. How can I do that?)
