cjamesrun
I have had issues with enom and .ca registrations. Their first reply is always to review the API string that was sent. Where can I find the API string? The error I am getting is : "An Error Occured Invalid registrant information." I have read many posts about this, and I still can't figure what information is missing. Is there a way to log the communication between the WHMCS install and enom's servers. I asked them to check into it by the domain name, and their response was that they don't have record of this or another .ca name I was registering. .com domains don't seem to have the issue. Can anyone provide assistance for this. I know that it is to be up to the registrar, but I want to make sure that it isn't something in my string that is causing the issue.
