Pricing Table Within Database

Hi, I wanted to ask before I try....

 

The pricing table directly within the database keeps old pricing information within even for products which have been deleted and are no longer used by clients.

 

Is it safe for me to manually delete these entries from the database. I like to keep my databases as tidy as possible.
