eversonj90
I've tried this across multiple machines (all different OS) and both IE and Firefox. When I load the General Configuration it causes the browser to become very unresponsive and on occasion crash. The page does load but with no background etc, literally an unformatted menu, text and boxes. It loads down to the support module drop down and stops the page there. Any ideas?

eversonj90
Have you tried a different pc? From original thread: I've tried this across multiple machines I'm inclined to think it's either coding (less likely), or something server side that the page is trying to load. The other configuration pages don't seem to have a problem.
eversonj90
Resolved Opened a support ticket and the resolution was: We've been finding that the encoded files can crash when it comes to check for a directory that isn't there by default in the general settings page due to an Ioncube & PHP 5.3 incompatibility. Just creating the folder /modules/support/ as an empty dir should resolve that.
