Adam
Reinstalled, and now I get an email (the admin), but not the client. I also get the cron email as well. The client's email doesn't show up in his list either. Then one was never sent, try sending out an email manually to the client and see if you get any errors. Adam
No errors on account creation, and no errors when I try to send the email. So whats the problem? Everything works - no errors From, Adam
Digit9
The problem is that the client doesn't get ANY email. None on account signup, none when I send one to him in the panel, nothing shows up in the email list, nothing.
Adam
Hey, You are going to need to open up a support ticket or have one of the WHMCS staff install look at this for you. I'm pointing all blame to your server or if you are using SMTP options that. Since you are on a 15 trial not sure if you can get support but you can open up a ticket and see what they say, http://support.whmcs.com/submitticket.php From, Adam
