Inbound support tickets from a "Cc"

Hi Everyone,

 

I had a client send an email to support the other day, but instead of our email address in the "To", they put it in the "Cc".

 

So instead of this:

 

To: support@whmcsexample.com

Cc: person@example.com

 

The did this:

 

To: person@example.com

Cc: support@whmcsexample.com

 

The message can be found in the ticket message logs, but it hasn't been assigned to a department and instead says "Department Not Found".

 

Any idea how I can get "Cc'd" tickets into a department?
