Gateway for Paypal Hong Kong's "Website Payments Standard"

Hello:

 

We are using Paypal Hong Kong's "Paypal Website Payments Standard" to process credit card payments. The default Paypal Website Payments Pro gateway isn't working for this, please advise!

And I am NOT referring to regular Paypal Paypal Payments, I am referring to "Website Payments Standard" which is Paypal Hong Kong's version of the "Website Payments Pro."

 

Is there already a gateway written for this? If not how can we get access to the source of Website Payments Pro gateway and modify it? Please help!
