Email notification (to customer) on reply to a support ticket

Each time i reply to a support ticket, should the customer not get some kind of notification that their support ticket has been replied to.

 

I am no using any piping, so everything is done via the help desk.

 

At the moment, the customer has no idea that I have replied until they login and check the ticket

 

Is there anyway to do this in WHMCS..i.e send out a notification to the customer
