Well, parallels have been buying and dumping windows control panels ......... in fact they now have most of them. Plesk (yuck!) was their own creation then they bought helm, then hsphere and jacked up the prices so much that noone can buy them anymore.

So with regards to hsphere being a dead product, yes I would agree since no new customers would dare buy them.

Sure, Hsphere has its own billing system but is WAY too limited and simplistic for our requirements.

WHMCS is a 1000 times better and far more flexible. :D

I agree with you there, and I certainly do not agree with the others that are saying "H-Sphere is the best", it isn't, and far from it. I admit that the look of it's control panel is nice, but the usability, features aren't better than WHMCS.

I had started using H-Sphere when it was owned by Psoft, and it hasn't made much of a change since then. It doesn't load faster than WHMCS and it's not as popular.

I wasn't aware that WHMCS had hundreds of thousands of licenses already sold. Speed is relative; H-Sphere is processing a lot more information than WHMCS, the two are not comparable. One is an all in one control panel, one is a support/billing management software. If the two could work with each other, that would be a great addition. Considering some of the junk that gets integrated with WHMCS, H-Sphere should be a shoe-in.

Do you know of anyone that has done this, ie. created and are actively supporting a plugin/module for Hpshere <-> WHMCS?

If yes, please do tell, as we would buy it in a heartbeat. :)

Cheers,

Paul
