ccalvert Posted April 27, 2010 Share Posted April 27, 2010 I'm looking at getting a merchant account from a bank that uses First Data Global (used to be LinkPoint, apparently) as their gateway. I found this thread where WisTex indicated that he had a good experience with them. Does anyone else have opinions on using them, both with regard to the service and with regard to integration with WHMCS? ccalvert Posted June 4, 2010 Author Share Posted June 4, 2010 I did end up signing up with First Data Global, but I'm not using WHMCS yet, so I can't comment on the integration. With regard to their behavior as a merchant provider, my biggest issue so far has been the varying competency of their support people. That's about par for a large company.
