I get this error: "Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not authenticate." tuwebhost Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 Hi: check using another program like Outlook to send emails using this same email that you setup in the WHMCS and check if it works fine then if not check with the Web Hosting Server Admin.
