Add automatic notes when generating invoices

Hi,

 

We need to automatically add 2 references to the notes field of all the invoices generated by whmcs . These two references are returned from a webservice and are always different so this cannot be done on the templates.

 

We need these reference numbers on the notes so that they can be included in the emails sent to the clients.

 

Does anyone knows if this is possible to be done with a new payment gateway module or other way? The problem we see is that this references must be added when the invoice is generated in the cron and we see no method to change that.

 

Any ideas?
