dswp
Why can the accountant (who is a sub-account/contact WITH invoice view/pay permissions) not pay the invoice through paypal? The main account belongs to the company's Presidents First/Last name, and the invoice automatically generates to the first/last name, and NOT to the company name. How do I change that? Or allow the sub-accounts who have "Pay Invoices" permissions, to actually pay an invoice? I *like* getting paid, ppl! Cathy
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 21, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 21, 2010 There's no reason why the accountants subaccount can't pay the invoice if you've given them permission to. If they are just wanting it to show a different name, then they need to edit the main profile and enter the company name or setup a billing contact but it's not stopping them physically paying it. http://wiki.whmcs.com/Client_Management#Setting_a_Billing_Contact Matt
dswp
Is it possible that the gateway (paypal) won't let sub-account pay for account's invoice because of different names?
