DirectAdmin welcome emails not being sent?

Hi,

 

i'm trying to set up whmcs so it would send the package welcome email directly from directadmin - like it does when i add the user manually on directadmin.

 

Currently, whmcs isnt sending any emails when i add a package from it, even though i have chosen 'Hosting account welcome email (Directadmin) in products & services.

 

Gamecp has a similar option, where gamecp itself sends a welcome email, not whmcs.

 

Any ideas?
